Rabbaemace Singing Lessons provides professional vocal training services including:

3. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals of all ages. For students under 18 years of age:
- Parental or guardian consent is required
- A parent or guardian must be present during lessons for students under 16
- Payment must be made by a parent or guardian
4. Booking and Payment
4.1 Lesson Booking
- Lessons must be booked in advance through our contact system
- Lesson times are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- We reserve the right to modify schedules due to unforeseen circumstances
4.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due in advance of lessons or as per package agreements
- Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and credit cards
- Package payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 Student Cancellations
- 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full lesson fee
- Lessons can be rescheduled within the same month when possible
5.2 Studio Cancellations
- We will provide as much notice as possible for any cancellations
- Cancelled lessons will be rescheduled at no additional cost
- In case of extended unavailability, proportional refunds may be provided
6. Studio Rules and Expectations
6.1 Student Responsibilities
- Arrive on time for scheduled lessons
- Bring water and any personal materials as required
- Practise regularly between lessons
- Treat studio equipment and facilities with respect
- Maintain appropriate behaviour and language
6.2 Health and Safety
- Inform us of any health conditions that may affect your voice or breathing
- Do not attend lessons if you are unwell or experiencing vocal strain
- Follow all studio safety guidelines and emergency procedures
- Report any injuries or incidents immediately
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and materials provided during lessons are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without permission
- Record lessons without explicit written consent
- Share proprietary techniques or methods with third parties
- Use our branding or materials for commercial purposes
